Ein häufiges Problem beim Kauf von Gemüse ist, dass es oft unnötig in Plastik verpackt ist, der Preis von Bio-Produkten oft nicht geschätzt wird und die Herkunftsländer von Obst und Gemüse alles andere als regional sind.

Die Smart Gardening Gewächshäuser bestehen aus einem Stecksystem. Dies führt zum einen zu einer einfachen Montage,  so dass absolut jeder das Produkt aufbauen kann auch ohne handwerkliches Geschick aufbauen kann und zum anderen kann das Gewächshaus größer, kleiner, schmaler oder breiter gesteckt werden. Das smart verfügt über automatische Bewässerung, Solarpanel auf dem Dach, Steuerung, Heizung, Licht und Jukebox machen es zu mehr als nur einem Gewächshaus. Eine zugehörige App hilft bei Aufbau, Bepflanzung, Steuerung und Wartung.
